I can’t say enough good about this business!! I am a new hot tub owner and was unsure what I needed and how to use it. Based on what I was looking for they guided me to what I needed, gave me options, and did not pressure me to add things I didn’t really need. The delivery was fantastic!! They explained everything, made sure I understood, and ensured I was comfortable.
The best part was I felt like I was working with a friend and no matter what I needed they are always just a phone call away! Their customer service is the best I have experienced in a long time!! What a breath of fresh air!! I very highly recommend them!!!

We purchased a hot tub here and it was the best decision we ever made. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect hut tub. The installation process was flawless, everything was set up and running perfectly and it was a great addition to our yard. We shopped around at other stores and online sites and this was hands down the best experience. Highly recommend.

Just had my ocean blue harmonic spa delivered and installed today. Had an old one that they took away with them and disposed of it for a small fee and had quite a challenge in putting our new one in but never gave up. They were very honest and telling us what they would have to do with removing part of my deck to get in in . They did it for us and did an excellent job . After they got it in then they went over how to use the controls and how to put in the chemicals to set it up. Very pleased with the service and will be coming there for all of our spa needs.

Outdoor Living is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. They answered all our questions as we searched for the perfect hot tub to serve our family for years to come. They get an A++ from us!

Our kids are loving the hot tub as much as we are. Us parents are moving around better and experiencing less aches, pains, and headaches. Definitely worth our investment and a wonderful and comfy way to relax after a busy day.
