Here in Chambersburg we pride ourselves on our close-knit community that works together for success. It’s exciting to open a business in a city like this, and on May 8, 2008, our founders, Mike and Kim Waytow, opened the doors of Outdoor Living to the public with every hope and dream that every red blooded American Business owner has of owning their own business and being successful. We also dreamed of providing the public with items to furnish and decorate their outdoor living space. Our goal is and always has been to provide our customers with fast and friendly service, and always with a smile! We had no doubt when we decided to open Outdoor Living that we would always provide our customers with the best quality products, selling only quality outdoor furnishings, hot tubs, chemicals and decor. In July 2008 we started selling hot tubs, because we saw the need to give our customers an option other than a foam filled spa. It was a great decision because the trend towards outdoor living has done nothing but continue to grow every year. We’ve grown, too, helping folks in the area realize their desires for beautiful spas and hot tubs that become focal points on their patios. Fulfilling Our Customers’ Desire for Quality at an Affordable Price – With a little bit of advertising, and a lot of good “word of mouth”, our business has grown exceptionally in the past several years and we had to relocate due to space constraints and good judgement. We are now in our 16th year and have grown enough to purchase our own building and have control over our costs. And, we’re still providing the quality that we and our customers expect; at a decent price.
Staying True to What Matters Most: Great Products & Customer Service
Our business is selling hot tubs, spas and associated products and services, but our real business is building relationships with our customers and the community. We do our best to make everyone happy so that good word of mouth continues to carry us through this rough economy. Standing strong for what we believe to be important, and supporting the local small businesses in the area has helped us build a network of small business friends that support each other with kind words. The community has welcomed us with open arms and supported us in so many ways. But most of all, we would like to say thank you to ALL of our customers who have supported and continue to support Outdoor Living.
